Papr is a browser tool at papr.tools. Operator: Jo Roosen, Belgium. Contact via the e-mail you use to log in, or the address published on the site later.
Papr lets you merge, split, compress, organize, watermark and number PDFs, and turn images into a PDF. Processing runs in your browser. We do not host your PDF files.
Without login you may run a limited test. A free account allows a small daily number of jobs. Pro is a paid subscription (€5 per month or €48 per year, excluding VAT where VAT applies).
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at the end of the current period via Manage billing. We do not give refunds for unused days of a started period, except where the law requires it.
Output quality depends on your source file. Encrypted PDFs may fail. You are responsible for checking the downloaded file before you use it.
Do not use Papr to break the law or to process files you have no right to change. We may close an account that abuses login or payment.
Belgian law applies. These terms are a working text, not personal legal advice. A bookkeeper or lawyer should review VAT and consumer rules before you scale.
Papr does not have a folder on a server where your documents land. When you pick a file, your browser reads it on your computer. The new PDF is also built on your computer. Then you download it. We never receive the file.
Think of a shop where you bring paper to a desk and cut it there. You do not hand the paper to the shop owner to take to a back room. Closing the tab is like leaving the desk: the working copy is gone.
Only your language choice (EN or NL) is remembered in this browser. No account, no cookie banner for tracking, no visitor list in this version.
The page and helper libraries (pdf-lib, PDF.js, JSZip) come from the web, like any site. That is the program. It is not your PDF. Your document is not part of that download.
Encrypted PDFs may not open. Papr does not unlock protected files.
